He has worked as a sound technician for bands and as a sound editor for movies with knowledge of software for the audio recording and editing.
Domenico has taught music in Italian public schools and tutored adults and children as young as 5 years old Through his multi-cultural experiences and music passion he has developed successful teaching methods, based on the exchange of experiences between student and teacher. His main goal as a teacher is to instill motivation and passion in students for musical techniques and knowledge, because – he says – “one life is not enough to learn everything you need to know about music, but you can enjoy the ride, listening and practising…and practising a bit more … for while you are doing that, you are learning”.
He loves Music and its infinite ways and is aware that every student brings to lessons a different culture, history, attitude, taste, style and goals, which adds to the dynamics of learning and teaching. Every lesson is different, as each student is different. This is the starting point for lessons that must also be fun and friendly to ensure student engagement in the learning process.
